Squirrel

My uncle Tommy Kane has a very popular art blog. His logo is a squirrel holding a gun. I made a response piece to his famous squirrel. Mine is definitely cuter.

He actually has a flower print body, though he blends in with his background so it's a bit hard to tell (it's because he is shy). My favorite part is how two of his tentacles are turned towards us, like he's asking for a hug.
We'll be seeing more of him later!

The yellow things on the block are flower petals. I just thought it was funny to have flowers, which smell nice, be on the same block as a notoriously smelly animal. Ha ha!

The snake was made from a picture of an orange. He looks a lot like Verdi, doesn't he?

Number Thirteen: Flamingo

This animal was made out of a Wrigley Lush gum advertisement in a magazine. I have no idea why the block looks crooked. It's not. Interesting.
